Alsina Semi Seco

Alsina semi dry is a long aging cava, toasty aromas and ripe fruit perfectly integrated carbon and small bubble and constante.Una long tradition from generation to generation in the cultivation of vineyards dating back to the eighteenth century. It is a sparkling wine. Made with the blend of varieties Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada by Alsina Sarda. It belongs to the O.D. Cava and containing 750 ml of an alcoholic strength of 11.5º. It is a cava with between 32 and 50 g of sugar per liter. Pressing at 50% obtaining wort flower, followed by fermentation at a low temperature (15) in stainless steel. Second fermentation in the bottle aged for 18-20 months.

Alsina & amp; Sarda Semi Dry is a blend of Xarel.lo (50%), Macabeo (30%) and Parellada (20%). The harvest is done manually in boxes of 20kg to maintain the highest possible integrity of the grapes. Then there is a selection of the clusters. The vineyards are 30 to 40 years. The vineyards owned and characteristic allow to maintain the coupage of this cava wines made from grapes from farms with very special microclimates that give the fruit wines suitable for long aging cellars.
