Ramón Bilbao Reserva
Ramón Bilbao Reserva, made with 90% Tempranillo Rioja, 10% Mazuelo and Graciano. I corresponds to a classic pattern being made with Tempranillo, Mazuelo and Graciano, aged in American oak; since many years ago, incorporating their extra fruit for its intense maceration, the wine is among the most modern cutting within the O.D.
Red garnet, medium intensity high. Clean, bright and presence of tears. The nose is high intensity, notes of black fruit, balsamic notes and sweet spices, toffee and cocoa. The palate is intense, long, structured, round and ripe tannins. Well integrated alcohol. In retronasal remembers back to the black fruit and sweet espacias.
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
Permanency in barrel: 20 months. Serving temperature between 17º C and 18º C.
The marriage is perfect with international food (curry dishes, ceviche and spicy) or traditional, such as red meat, game and aged cheeses.
