Wine History Mondolirondo is very recent, born of a new draft Bruno Murciano sommelier Valencia and David Sampedro Gil, viticulturist and oenologist Rioja. Both have a long history on their backs despite his youth. Bruno is one of the most recognized Spanish sommeliers in the United Kingdom where after passing through the prestigious Hotel Ritz, advises various importers. David however, comes from several generations of winemakers and viticulturists and is always looking to surprise us with their new creations.
