Viña Mayor Crianza
Viña Mayor Crianza is made in mostly French oak barrels and a small percentage of American high-quality, medium toasted and 300 liters capacity. Time spent in wood: minimum 12 months. Bottle aging 6 months. A red wine from the O.D. Ribera de Duero, varietal Tempranillo, produced by the winery Viña Mayor. One of the best known brands and more weight of the Spanish wine. A modern style wine that offers a high degree of regularity, ranking each vintage among the best in its segment.
Grapes selected and harvested manually. Transported to the cellar in boxes 300 kg. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, temperature controlled. Remounted regular. Maceration post fermentation 18 days.
