Alsina Llàgrima Muscat aims to be the leading exponent of a way of perceiving what the terroir and climate we want to offer. A true reflection of the organic concept, passed down for three generations in these lands. A single variety of Muscat 100%. The harvest is done manually in boxes of 20kg to maintain the highest possible integrity of the grapes. Then there is a selection of the clusters.
Short maceration for aromatic extraction followed by pressing at low pressure to obtain 50% of wort flower. Subsequent fermentation at low temperature (15).
