This wine grape is destemmed and let marinate for 6 hours. a pressed flower mild where the wort is collected. It fermented in small stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 12ºC. Fermentation is stopped cold and got unprocessed sugars wine is kept cold until the time of packaging.
