Godeval
Godeval is a Valdeorras White wine produced by Bodegas Godeval. It is produced with grapes of the Godello variety of the oldest vineyards of the winery, and remains on its lees for about 5 months in stainless steel tanks.
Greenish yellow color with golden tones. Aroma medium intensity, clean, enveloping, with hints of herbs of the field, fennel, mint, linden blossom and ripe fruit (apple, melon and peach). In the mouth it is especially nice, with a balance of sweet sensations that provide body and volume, acidic flavors that give freshness and mineral notes of great complexity, provided by the slate soil from offering a set of long sensations and pleasurable.
It combines especially well with seafood, fish, meats little spicy, mushrooms and soft cheeses.
