Here are some of the factors that make it so special this whim of Carlos Moro.
A nice wine golden yellow, clean and bright sight. In the olfactory phase is intense and harmonious. Develops aromas of ripe stone white fruits and melon, subtle spicy notes (white pepper) and Echoes of honey on a background in which herbaceous notes (hay and fennel) are the stars. The palate is broad, fat and a perfect harmony between fruity notes and memories of barrels (vanilla), culminating in a sharp end for its excellent acidity and herbaceous memories.
