Palomo Cojo
Palomo Cojo is a white wine from the O.D. Wheel prepared by the Unesdi hold 100% with Verdejo. The grapes come from selected vineyards planted on gravelly and stony soils. a traditional vinification is done. With destalked the fermented must in stainless steel tanks.
