Balts
Baltos is made with 100% grape mencía, from strains of more than 40 years. Once passed vinified aged for 4 to 7 months in barrels of French and American oak, 1 to 3 years of use.
They are grown in vineyards in the hamlet of Cabanelas in Valtuille de Abajo. Area characterized by gentle slopes oriented to the south, at an altitude of 500 meters on soils calcareous clay.
