Legaris Roble is a red wine from the O.D. Ribera de Duero wine produced by the Legaris. The winery has 100ha of vineyards that stretch across two municipalities: Curiel de Duero and San Martin de Rubiales (Burgos). It is 100% made from Tinto Fino. The grapes come from vineyards planted own sandy loam soils, alluvial and carcajosos. For processing, after a mild stripping grape, he moved to deposits, where he made a low temperature maceration. Then the juice fermented at a controlled temperature of 24 ° C with the intention of preserving their varietal aromas. The total fermentative process lasted 10 to 12 days.
