Alsina Gran Reserva Especial is a very special cava made from the Xarel·lo and Chardonnay grapes, and grown in the vineyards of Alsina&Sarda. The grapes that go into this wine are from vines that are between 30 and 40 years old and harvest is done by hand to ensure the perfect selection. The result is a sparkling wine with fine bubbles, and floral aromas that evoke white fruit, honey and even notes of coffee. It’s a perfect wine to pop open and celebrate with on Christmas morning, or New Year’s Eve.

Alsina Gran Reserva Especial (case) is a cava made with Xarel·lo and Chardonnay grown in the vineyards of Alsina&Sarda and retaining all the spirit of tradition.

To produce this sparkling Cava Alsina&Sarda Brut Nature Gran Reserva Especial, select the best Xarel·lo and Chardonnay vines and aged between 30 and 40 years to get top quality musts. Each ripe grapes at their own pace and expected to go by and harvested only when the thing is done. They do it by hand because they want to reach the winery in optimum conditions and so, incidentally, make a first selection in the vineyard.
