Description
Crafted from a traditional recipe dating back to the early 20th century, offering a freshness and aroma that strikes a balance between bitterness and sweetness. To create the base wines, we carefully select indigenous Galician varieties to achieve the necessary roundness required for this type of wine. We then add sugar, extracts, and a maceration of herbs, including sage, marjoram, lemon verbena, wormwood, cinnamon, and vanilla. The mixture is allowed to rest in wooden barrels before being filtered for a refined finish.
