Is a red wine made from 75% grape variety tempranillo and 25% garnacha grapes from old vines with more than 50 years and a maximum output of 3000 kg. Martin Verastegui Reserve has an alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel temperature controlled malolactic fermentation vats American and French oak. Fine-grained barrels with different toast. It remains 12 months in bottle before going to market. A wine being a guard and some treatments for scarce natural sedimentation may occur. The optimum time of consumption is 2008 to 2025. Intense color, cherry red with maroon trim. Nose intense and deep, blackberry jam, black fruit (plums, passes) and roasted. In fleshy mouth, black and ripe fruit with spicy and mineral shades lighter.
