Coto de Hayas Centenario is a Grenache varietal wine. From grapes harvested by hand, very old vineyards cultivated by the traditional system in glass, with lower production to 1 Kg per vine. Aging in new French oak barrels in contact with its own lees for 4 months.
Garnacha is the predominant variety for hundreds of years in our vineyards and is reporting great successes Bodegas Aragonesas for continued research and careful preparation of our winemakers. We belong to the small group of wineries that can boast five major market 100% Garnacha wine. Five wines ‘5 stars’.
