Licinian Red Wine is produced by 65% Tempranillo, 25% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. Blend made from vineyards, organic viticulture, cultivated in Morata de Tajuña. He received the Golden Bacchus.
Cherry wine cherry color very intense, almost opaque, with violet reflections. Aroma of good intensity, with black fruit, toasty notes, spicy and floral point. subtle mineral notes are appreciated. Bodied mouth are observed with good acidity, good content fruity and tasty. High persistence.
Food pairing: It is especially recommended for both red meat and white.
To serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º before being served is advisable to decant.
