Description
This wine is garnet red middle layer. Expressive and well defined aromas, where the touch of fresh fruits, ripe and well integrated fine woods are noted. It has a nice entry and an end reminiscent of sweet spices (cinnamon, cloves), with a nice tannic, very round in the mouth.
Pairing: Stews, vegetables, roasts, hair and feather hunting, grilled meat and cod. Smoked cheeses and aromatic.
Serve at a temperature: 17º – 19º
Variety: 100% Tempranillo.
