Tears of Mary matured (Rioja)
Red wine purplish own youth, intense aromas of ripe cherries and vanilla. Tears of Mary matured mouth shows medium body and a set of sensations of red fruit and spices, with its barrel aging, it has sweet tannins and a final smooth.
The “tears” of these wines are their mark on the cup and memory on our palate. They are varietal wines made from classic Rioja varieties: Viura and Tempranillo. They aromas and fruity flavors are the protagonists.
To prepare this wine combine two types of grapes from 2 distinct areas, one specifically for young wines and one from which we get the consumer upbringings medium term (5 years).
Grapes obtained from vines planted between 450 and 490 meters above sea level on the lower terrace of our vineyard, on alluvial soil that allows us to get light wines, very fruity, with the typical characteristics of a pure Tempranillo Rioja.
We recommend serving about 16-18 ° C. Ideal for tapas and for informal meals, grilled vegetables, paté and pasta.
