Mirto Ramón Bilbao A.E. born of a selection of the best grapes from Tempranillo vines over 70 years old. A high expression wine developed following the selection of clusters, fermented in small French oak vats at controlled temperature and passed to French oak barrels where malolactic done without decanting, only batonnage. Goes through a 24-month aging in French oak barrels Allier behind which is bottled unfiltered clarify. It is a magnificent red wine of great personality and modern cut.
