Nita
Made with Grenache and Carignan and a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Meritxell Pallejà oenologist surprises us with this fresh and delicate Priorat. It is an exercise in subtlety, with Garnacha providing fresh, soft and round in his fantastic journey fruit on the palate, with a nice floral background.
medium intensity, clean and bright cherry color. Shown very fresh and fruity, dominated by aromas of red fruits and floral touches. Fresh attack, good acidity and a final long and mineral mouth. Round.
Serve between 14 and 16ºC.
Goes well with caesar salad, Italian cuisine, red meat and regional cuisine.
