PSI.
Ψ p.s.i. is the reaffirmation of the philosophy with which this project was born Peter Sisseck: help not disappear historic vineyards conducted in the traditional manner and ciudadas generations by families of winegrowers linked to the territory. It incorporates first a small percentage of old vines Grenache that provides a fruit characterized by heat and add the absence of rainfall. PSI was aged for 17 months playing an assembly used French barrels, vats and large cement tanks. These months of aging allowed refine the maturity of its tannins, fruit concentrate its power and define his noble personality.
