Quinta Sardonia
Masterful interpretation of biodynamic viticulture. Quinta Sardonia is the product of a complex and very precise international varieties of grapes that are born up to 11 different types of soils assembly. Noted for its dual character: thin and delicate and yet powerful and rounded. We recommend open one hour before consumption to go opening gradually and you can enjoy it in all its fullness.
Variety: 60% Tinto Fino, 27% Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot 11%, 2% Malbec.
Cherry red color with purple. Sample from the red fruit notes start fresh, raspberries, cherries with contributions of violets and blackberries on a background of scrubland, rosemary and pepper. The palate is soft and elegant, with good structure, with silky tannins and very mineral. It exhibits a good balance again cherry and pepper notes. An elegant wine that promises longevity.
Condition: Until about 2024 if kept in good condition. No need to decant, but we recommend opening an hour before consumption to be progressively opened.
Alcohol content: 15% vol.
Food pairing: Ideal with red meats, roasts, big game, pork, oxtail with complex sauces and meats.
