Aurora Pink
Wine made from grapes of the varieties Pinot Noir, Syrah Xarel·lo and our vineyards Espiells. Aurora Pink is the result of a careful selection in the vineyard, the grapes are transferred to the cellar where a clear wine is obtained by direct soft pressing of the grapes. Once this process a traditional 15-day fermentation is performed in stainless steel at a controlled temperature.
The name of the wine is inspired by his faint pink color. Aurora Rosé d’Espiells evokes the color of the sky during the early hours of dawn.
Its soft and elegant pale pink reminds us, hence its name, the first moments of dawn, when the rays of the sun are about to break the horizon. Then, and only for a few seconds, you can see the features of the Aurora shades d’Espiells Rosé, which originated in the estates of Espiells and Mediona. Its subtle aroma, complex and suggestive evokes hints of red and black fruit (currants and raspberries) with a floral background.
