Terras Gauda Black Label
It is a wine made from the legendary Albariño and Loureiro caiño native and white, with fruit from the best vineyards of the valley. Terras Gauda Black Label is made in the Rias Baixas region after maceration and racking of the must, it ferments in new French and American oak continuing the process of aging on lees for four months.
Given a vivid yellow color intense and I very marked. On the nose aromas of applesauce, peaches and white flower with notes of melted butter, pastry cream and soft toasted give more complexity to the wine. The palate is sweet, elegant and fresh with feelings of fine woods that extend their persistence with a soft tanino.Con a powerful aftertaste sensations of ripe, honeyed touches and smoky wood.
The vineyards are situated on a strip of single slate between the granite predominant in the denomination. Oxygenate the wine should taste it before and it is recommended to serve at a temperature of 12 °.
