Interesting wine of Bodegas Arráez which is made from Alicante Bouschet grapes, known as Garnacha Tintorera our lands. The grapes come from vineyards Bala Perdida more than 35 years that this winery grown in inland areas of the province of Alicante, within the DO Alicante. They are vineyards planted in poor soil, about 650 meters and enclosed by a typical Mediterranean climate.
Grapes are harvested in early September with a double choice: a first on the same floor and a second arrival at the winery. After a maceration and fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 4 months in barrels of American and Hungarian oak, a short parenting time will bring a light and tasty complexity of aromas and flavors.
