Bluebeard is a wine from the land of Cadiz obtained from a thorough and very careful preparation, and with his brothers the wine Taberner. In its blend, the intense and somewhat saline Syrah is nuanced by the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and Tintilla Rota (local variety recovered) takes more prominence. Fermentations in steel and brief stint in French oak barrels for five months.
