Enate Cabernet Merlot
Enate Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot is a red wine from the O.D. Somontano produced by Enate, vineyards and Crianzas of the Alto Aragon. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in equal parts from cultivated vineyards about 600 meters of altitude in the valley of Enate. The low levels of humidity in the area allow you to apply a respectful viticulture, because the vines do not need overtreatment.
Grapes are de-stemmed and then macerate cold. Fermentation of the wort is carried out at a controlled temperature. Enate Cabernet S.-Merlot ages 6 months in American oak barrels. After resting in the bottle for one year prior to marketing.
