Mano a Mano is a red wine from V.T. Castilla produced by the winery. This wine is a varietal Tempranillo . Using grape comes from vineyards around 40 years old. The soils in which they grow are kind of sandy, chalky and loamy. The climate of the production area, however, is continental and Mediterranean influences receives; strain the yield per usually it is very low, a fact that causes the best focus grains of the soil characteristics.
Hand Hand performs corresponding processes and processing harvest following conventional methodology. Grape vinifica by Origin and performs all phases independently to final assembly. The temperature in the facility is controlled at all times to promote a correct wine. Ultimately, before the end gridlock, Mano a Mano aged for about half a year in American oak barrels and French.
