Torres Ruiz Garnacha
Red wine aged 8 months in oak. Torres Ruiz Garnacha has a controlled fermentation at 26-28 ° C followed by the period of aging in French oak barrels.
Intense garnet color. The nose is elegant and fruity, with aromas of strawberries and red fruits mixed with balsamic and toasted wood. In the mouth it is intense, with very round tannins lingering finish, leaving memories roasted new wood.
Grape variety: 100% Garnacha.
Bodegas Ruiz Torres is the result of the trajectory of a family dedicated to the production and sale of wines; currently run by the third generation. The winery is located in a spectacular enclave in the Sierra de las Villuercas, more specifically in the town of Cañamero, 15 km from the Monastery of Guadalupe, in the Province of Caceres.
