This is a traditional wine, 100% destemming in storage for 6 months and 6 months in American oak and French 225 L. Age of Barrel: maximum of 3 wines. Sierra Cantabria Selection is made with tempranillo of vineyards located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Laguardia. With subscriber organic farming and integrated farming, respectful environment, in line with the biorhythms of nature.
Ruby red wine-tile bright and good coat. intense, complex and warm nose with elegant bouquet of breeding and wide range of feelings well assembled, aroma perceived notes of fresh and ripe fruit combined with hints of spice, vanilla and toast. On the palate shows velvety, complex and full, developing strength with notes mature red fruit well. Good tannic structure and balance, powerful and elegant. In the aftertaste they are appreciated strongly roasted notes, vanilla and light balsamic touches, excelling sensations of red fruits. Final long and persistent.
