Petroni Rojo vermouth is crafted from Albariño grapes aged on lees, combined with a unique selection of botanicals. By aging on its own lees, the base wine gains body, texture, and character, all while preserving the Atlantic freshness, mineral balance, and saline elegance of the Albariño grape.
The vermouth is macerated using agrotipo, an exclusive method designed to maximize the essence of each herb and botanical, including wild native botanicals where wormwood (ajenjo) takes center stage. This meticulous process gives Petroni Rojo its singular identity, redefining the world of wine aperitifs with its bold experimentation.
