Buenpaso Selection
Buenpaso Selection Madrid is a wine made using selected manual harvest. A red wine is aged over 14 months in French and American oak barrels of 225 liters. One is a tribute to our vineyards, varieties and plots. Ultimately a tribute to the area and its terroirs and our understanding of viticulture. In unleash we give our creativity, looking for the ideal assembly each year.
The vineyards are located to the northwest of Madrid, in the municipalities of Glass Gallows and San Martin de Valdeiglesias, on plots of an average altitude of over 700metros, among thick pines, oaks and huge blocks of granite.
Microclimatic feature typical of a mountain vineyard, along with the mineral nature and siliceous soils are essential for high quality grapes and optimum ripeness of all parameters.
Varieties: class = “prod-icon-desc” Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.
Alcohol content: 16% vol.
Serving temperature: 14-16º C.
Pairing: Hunting, meats.
