Conde San Cristobal Crianza
The San Cristobal Conde winery belongs to the Marquis de Vargas Group. Made from grape varieties Tinto Fino, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Aged 12 to 14 months in French oak barrels, Russian (Caucasus) and American, from different coopers, with light and medium toasted. Production restricted exclusively planted grapes on the property. Vines 12-30 years. For 9-12 days fermentation and maceration for 15-20 days. Partially malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels.
Cherry red color, well covered and limpio.Aromas deep and complex. With lots of fresh fruit, ripe and intense, with hints minerals and especiados.Conserva all the fruit and shows broad, fresh, powerful and elegant. Good integration of wood.
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
