Muga Crianza
Muga Crianza has a fermentation with indigenous yeast in oak tanks. Aged for 24 months in oak barrels made from selected in our cooperage. Prior to bottling clarification is made with fresh egg white. Once bottled undergo a refining process for twelve months in our cellar, at least.
We find a wine upper-middle layer, ruby ​​red with tawny hues. A dense tear, which gives a sequence in the glass envelope. First, we are notes of red fruits and berries type memories of spices. All this very well harmonized with smoky aromas of its passage through wood with a light-medium roast. The vanilla pod is present in the background with notes of coffee. The palate has a sweet attack, an enveloping tannin with menthol touches. To highlight an interesting end lingering aftertaste.
Varieties: Tempranillo 70%, 20% Grenache, graciano mazuelo and 10%.
Pairing: This wine can pair with white veal meat, Iberian and some sort of stew.
