Tempranillo grapes used for the production of this wine come from old vineyards located mainly in the municiapl term El Pego in the province of Zamora. Vineyards that produce trident Tempranillo are planted on a gravelly soil under a sandy base. And in the winery, after fermentation in stainless steel, the wine spent 12 months in French oak barrels. In tasting it is powerful and complex, highlighting its roasted notes and cocoa and some fine tannins from aging.
