It appreciated by Greeks and Romans, is one of the oldest varieties of world viticulture, and considered the finest and elegant among all types of muscat.
With this variety we have developed an exquisite, elegant and aromatic muscatel dry. After determining the optimum time for harvesting grapes, this is collected manually and night, getting with this the fruit from the winery in perfect condition. Then the grapes are destemmed and macerated with their skins for 24/30 hours, extracting the flower gravity wort.
Golden colored wine with greenish tones. It appears clean, bright and clear. Shows good glyceric tears, streaming down the walls of the cup to the shake.
