Les Terrasses
Les Terrasses is the second wine of Alvaro Palacios. At the side of the great wines Ermita and Finca Dofí, Les Terrasses is produced under a simpler, easy, smooth and versatile concept, but not for it lacking great personality and good balance of opulence and elegance. Made from grapes that the winery acquires small vintners Priorat that they advise and direct, Les Terrasses spends a year in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new and the remaining 80% of second and third year , used in the preparation of the first wines.
Cerise purple. Vegetable aromas not very intense. The palate is simply tasty, structured, with fresh fruit and a touch of acidity. It should be rounded.
Alvaro Palacios presents this aging wine Priorat (Spain), created from grapes Carignan, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. We recommend pairing with roasts, red meats, stews or feathered game.
